WHY

As summer quickly approaches, the fat loss questions have ramped up!!  Everyone wants to look good on the beach, but the process to obtain optimal aesthetics can be overwhelming and confusing.  Achieving an ideal body composition is an outstanding reflection of proper training, fueling, and recovery, but what does that actually look like?  In this seminar, all three components will be broken down and mapped out to make sure that you are set up for total success as we head into Memorial Day weekend.

Doctors, trainers, coaches, exercise enthusiasts, and athletes of all ages will also benefit greatly from the information provided. Body composition is a foundational prerequisite for overall wellness and should be prioritized by people of all ages. 

PRESENTER INFO:

Sam Kavarsky is a cutting-edge human performance coach.  For the past three seasons he has helped UCLA Football develop their Strength & Conditioning program while specifically designing and overseeing all aspects of the performance fueling program.  Sam continually seeks out innovative performance protocols to reduce risk of injury and improve the performance of each individual.

Prior to his role with UCLA Football, Sam was the head football strength and conditioning coach at Springfield College where he created and managed all components of the physical preparation process.  Sam was also responsible for the Springfield College Athletics Sports Nutrition program which helped educate all athletes on proper fueling and recovery methods to enhance performance. 

Most recently, Sam founded the human performance company Science Over Tradition which aims to optimize the training, fueling, and recovery process for driven working professionals.  Sam is currently a performance engineer for Momentous protein and is a consultant for the nutrition performance company UCAN.  Beginning in 2019, Sam will be a Doctoral candidate at the University of Bridgeport School of Chiropractic Medicine where he will focus on combining his current knowledge base with an in-depth understanding of the musculoskeletal system.
