Sam Kavarsky is a cutting-edge Human Performance coach. For the past three seasons, he has helped UCLA Football develop their Strength & Conditioning program while specifically designing and overseeing all aspects of performance fueling. Sam continually seeks out innovative performance protocols to optimize body composition and improve the way people think, move, and feel on a daily basis.

Prior to his role with UCLA Football, Sam was the head football strength and conditioning coach at Springfield College where he created and managed all components of physical preparation. Sam was also responsible for the Springfield College Athletics Sports Nutrition program which helped educate all athletes on proper fueling and recovery methods to enhance performance.

Most recently, Sam founded Science Over Tradition which aims to maximize the training, fueling, and recovery process for driven working professionals. Beginning in 2019, Sam will be a Doctoral candidate at the University of Bridgeport School of Chiropractic Medicine where he will focus on combining his current knowledge base with an in-depth understanding of the musculoskeletal system.
